Maple Rolls

2 1/2 C Water
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
2 t. Salt
2 Eggs
4 T. Yeast
3 1/2 C Flour
3 1/2 C Flour

Filling

3 sticks of Butter
2 cups Sugar
1/2 Cups nuts
1 teaspoon Maple
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all for rolls except for last flour with mixer
let set for 15 min. Now add last flour and mix till smooth. Let set 15 min
While waiting melt butter for filling and add other filling stuff
Bring to a simmer and then keep on lowest stove setting
Divide dough into 6 parts and grease 2 large pizza pans (16-20 inch)
Roll one part dough into pan size and place on pan
Cover with 1/4 filling and add another rolled out dough, then filling and 3rd dough Mark circle in center with glass. Cut about 15 lines from circle to edge of pan
Twist each attached triangle twice around and replace. Rise 15 min.
Bake 20 min at 325
Frost with maple and cinnamon flavored glaze
