Waffles

3 C Whole wheat Flour
1 1/2 t. Salt
4 t. Baking Powder
4 Eggs Separated and beat egg whites until light
2 1/2 Milk
4 T Sugar
1/2 C + 2 T oil

Add Dry ingredients and stir just until Blended Fold in Stiff beaten egg whites. Avoid over stirring Bake in
Waffle Iron
