Homemade Granola
Combine 6 Cups Oats
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Sliced Almonds
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Wheat Germ (optional)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
Mix all the above and then in sep bowl Mix
3/4 Cup oil
1/3 Cup Water
1 tsp Vanilla
Add to above
Spread Granola out into two greased cookie sheets. Bake at 250 for 1 1/2 hours until crisp on top and Lightly browned I stir halfway through.
