Pumpkin Crunch
1 Pkg yellow Cake mix
1 15 oz can of Pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup white sugar
4 tsp pumkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup melted butter
combine all ingredients except for cake mix and butter Place in a greased 9 x 13
Pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over it and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 340 for 50-55min
top with whipped topping
eat cold or hot
