Clam Chowder

2 - 6 1/2 oz can clams
1 Cup finely chopped onions
1 Cups finely chopped potatoes
1 cup finely diced celery



Put vegy's in pot
Pour juice from clams over Vegys
Add enough water to barely cover vegy's
Simmer over medium Heat 20 min
White Sauce
3/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Butter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Qt Half and Half
Mix together add 1/2 tsp. Sugar Fold into vegy's
