1 bag frozen Broccoli 20 oz
1 Bag frozen Cauliflower 10 oz
1 bag frozen Carrots 10 oz
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. seasoning salt
5 tsp. Chicken Soup Base Bullion works well
6 cups water
10-12 oz Velveeta Light cheese
Add all ingredients except cheese, into a pot.Cook 20-25 min. Remove vegetables from the pot, a little at a time, and place in blender to puree. Do not dump water out, this is used as your base. Also, Vegetables may puree better if you put a small amount of the water in the blender with them. After vegetables are pureed put them back in pot. Cut cheese into cubes and drop in two at a time until melted.
