Lima Bean and Ham Bone Soup

3 Cups Baby white Lima Beans Uncooked
3 Quarts water
Ham bone with ham
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce

2 onion peeled and chopped
1 Cup Celery Chopped
3 Tbs. Garlic Minced
2 Cups Chopped Carrots
3 Tbs Parsley
2 Tbs Sweet Basil

Cook bean in 3 Quarts of water on Medium heat
with 1 Tbs Baking Soda for 20 min
Drain and rinse thoroughly. Cook 20 more min with
1 Tbs Baking soda and 3 Quarts of water
Drain and Rinse thoroughly and fill w/ 3 quarts of water again
Add all other ingredients and cook on medium low for 2 to 3 hours
