Pork Chop Casserole {With Potatoes}

4 Pork Chops
4 Potatoes,
Sliced Onion
Salt and Pepper
1 Can Chicken gumbo Soup

Dredge Pork Chops with flour, salt and pepper
Brown in Sauce pan in Olive oil
Slice potatoes and place in Casserole dish
slice onions and place on top of potatoes
Put pork chops on top of onions
Pour Soup in dripping and then pour over everything
bake 350 covered for 1 hour
