Chicken Cheese Biscuit Casserole

Chicken
2 T Margarine
1 T Flour
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of water
Add above to a Casserole dish. Then mix in a bowl

1 1/2 C flour
2 1/4 t baking powder
3/8 t salt
4 1/2 T shortening
1/2 C Milk
Mix rollout grated cheese and roll up slice 1/2 " thick put on top of mixture bake at 350 until golden brown
