{Hawaiian} Pork Chops

4 Center cut pork chops
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm can Crushed Pineapple
1 (6oz) box long grain wild Rice

Brown pork chops in frying pan. Place uncooked Rice in bottom in bottom of an 8 x 8 baking pan. Drain
liquid from oranges and pineapple into measuring cup add water to juice to meet liquid requirements on box of rice..Pour juice over rice. Place pork chops on top of rice. Pour in fruit over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min
