Monkey Bread

3 ( 12 oz) pack of frig biscuits ( grands are best)
1 Cup White Sugar
2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 Grease Pan I spray it with pam

Mix White Sugar and Cinnamon in Plastic Bag, Cut biscuits with in pieces and put in bag with sugar and shake. 6 to 8 Pieces at a time work best then put in bottom of baking pan

In sauce pan melt the margarine with brown sugar over med. heat. Boil 1 min and pour over biscuits.

Christmas Breakfast Casserole

8 slices White Bread
2 Cups Mild cheddar cheese
1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage Maple
4 Eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 t. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk

Overlap slices of bread in 9 x 13 glass dish.top with grated cheese, put cooked sausage
Thoroughly mix together eggs milk cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
In the morning whisk together soup milk and drizzle evenly overtop Bake covered @ 300 for 1 hour 15 min or 1 1/2 hours serves 8-10

Sour Cream Orange Rolls

Sour Cream Orange Rolls
1 Cup Warm Water
2 Package dry Yeast (6 tsp)
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Sour Cream
4 Eggs
6 1/2 Cups Flour
12 T Melted Butter

Stir Yeast into Warm water, Add sugar, Sour Cream, Eggs, Melted Butter, Salt and 4 cups Flour
Beat Well then gradually add enough flour to make dough soft Let Rise till Double

Knead Dough to Remove excess air. Divide into 2 Parts. On a lightly oiled surface Roll each part into
12 wedges
Starting at the wide end roll int crescent roll, place on greased baking sheets and allow to rise 10-15 min

Glaze
Combine 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 cup Sour Cream 2 Tablespoons orange juice in sauce pan Bring to a
Boil over med heat

Waffles

3 C Whole wheat Flour
1 1/2 t. Salt
4 t. Baking Powder
4 Eggs Separated and beat egg whites until light
2 1/2 Milk
4 T Sugar
1/2 C + 2 T oil

Add Dry ingredients and stir just until Blended Fold in Stiff beaten egg whites. Avoid over stirring Bake in
Waffle Iron

Banana Bread {Yum!}


Mix in med Bowl

1 3/4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt
In Larger bowl mix


2 eggs
3 Mashed Bananas
1/2 Cup Canola oil
1/4 Cup + 1 T Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla
To make buttermilk


1/4 C + 1 T milk
1 tsp lemon juice
Let sit for a few min


Mix all in wet mixture and put into loaf pans cook 350 for 40min to 1 hour

Homemade Granola

Combine together

6 Cups Oats
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Sliced Almonds
3/4 Cup Wheat germ
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon

Then mix and pour over the above ingredients

3/4 Cup oil
1/3 Cup Water
1 tsp. Vanilla

Spread granola out onto two greased cookie sheets
Bake at 250 but watch for about an hour you just want it to be lightly browned

I like to stir Granola halfway through cooking

Pumpkin Muffins

1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegy oil
3/4 Cup Pumpkin puree
2 Eggs


In separate bowl:

1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1tsp. Baking Powder
1tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt
mini Chocolate chips

In Large bowl, beat together the sugar, oil Pumpkin and eggs
Then add the dry ingrediants Bake 350 for 20 min

Blueberry Muffins

Cream together Lightly:

1/2 Cup Soft Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs

Then add:

1/2 C Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla

In a separate bowl:

1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking powder
2 Cups flour

mix and add to wet ingredients stir in 2 Cups Blueberries and put in muffin pan and bake 30
min at 375

Sweet Rolls & Cinnamon Rolls


2 cup Lukewarm Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
Mix above and add
2 Tbls yeast
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Oil

add to above and start adding flour 1 cup at a time until dough starts to pull away from the sides about 7 to 7 1/2 cups of Flour...Let Rise for 1/2 hour and make into dinner rolls or Cinnamon rolls

Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 Cups Buttermilk
1/4 Cup oil
2 Eggs

Whip together in separate bowl

In next Bowl add
1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbls. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix and add wet ingredients cook until golden brown

Syrup
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Water
1 tsp. Maple Flavor
Heat on medium until boil
